Crypto.com IBAN Integration
During my time at Crypto.com, I took full ownership of one of the major milestones at the time – IBAN integration. I led through the entire research with the product team, designed user journeys and made prompt amendments on the flows based on different countries’ judiciary regulations and technical limitations. The design team will have all the flows clearly stated and illustrated so that other teams including the development, product owners, compliance team etc understand the flow and also any possible concerns and limitations are dealt with.
This feature was launched in October 2018, it marked a significant step to mass adoption of cryptocurrencies – users can exchange their assets from fiat to cryptocurrencies or vice versa very easily with only a few steps away.
