Returns Center
Returns Center is a newly launched app by AfterShip for all Shopify users. With this integration, customers can submit return requests within a few clicks in a customisable Returns Center; merchants can track and manage all returns requests in one place.
For this project, I was responsible for assisting the design process such as deciding what information to be included; the arrangement of layouts and introducing the tracking widget on the modal which allows users to use the tracking function of AfterShip thus providing the linkage between the two products.
